Year 5 joined a STEM live! Q&A session with British Chemist and Cosmonaut, Helen Sharman. She was the first Western European woman in space as well as the first woman to visit the Mir Space Station. This works nicely alongside their guided reading book, Jamie Drake Equation and sets up their new Science topic, Earth and Space.
