In Design and Technology Year 1 have been learning all about fruit and vegetables. They started by researching what type of plants they grow from and then moved on to the exciting part of tasting the different foods. They compared how the fruits, looked, felt, smelt and tasted. There was a very mixed reaction to the lemon! The children will use this to help design their own fruit salad.
