There were certainly lots of happy year 4 children today as they taste tasted 3 different types of fruit flavoured biscuits. This is part of their DT topic where they have been looking at the seasonal aspect of where fruit and vegetables are grown and the climates of the different countries they originate from. In this lesson they were investigating and reviewing the taste, appearance and texture of the biscuits. In the next lesson they will look how they can refine the recipes and then they will bake their own fruity biscuits.
